Ms Ledwaba is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ifihlile Training Academy. However, her journey as a business leader does not begin here. Ms. Ledwaba is one of the pioneers of South African football and serves on the board of various companies that operate in different sectors.
Her unique approach to management and entrepreneurship has made her one of the most astute business minds and leaders. Ms. Ledwaba’s relentless commitment to providing quality education and training has had a positive impact on the HVAC industry; as a result, Ifihlile Training Academy has and continues to grow into one of the leading air-conditioning and refrigeration training centers in South Africa.
