Ifihlile Training Academy

We offer industry-based training that reflects the current needs and demands of the HVAC Industry. Ifihlile Training Academy boasts up-to-date training programmes that cover a wide range of key skills required by the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry. All our courses are delivered by SETA-accredited facilitators from our state-of-the-art QCTO and NAMB-qualified training center which is conveniently located in the suburb of Randjespark in Midrand.

As a recognised 100% black-owned Private Training Academy, we prioritise the promotion and
development of technicians, particularly those from previously disadvantaged groups, to address theshortage of competent technicians in this ever-growing industry.

Training Programmes

We offer various short, skills, learnerships, and apprenticeship programmes in various fields to equip
our students with specialised skill sets essential for technicians working in the HVAC industry,
although our offering is not limited to Air Conditioning and Refrigeration training. We also provide
the following industry-focused short courses and programmes: Safe handling of Gases training
(SARACCA), Security Services, as well as training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

Training Compliance

In compliance with the high standards of training and skills development set by the accrediting authorities, namely: the DHET, NAMB, QCTO, MERSETA, SASSETA, PSIRA, and AGRISETA, our students are thoroughly trained in both the theoretical and practical aspects of their course of study.

It is our mission is to be the leading supplier of qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration technicians to the HVAC industry of South Africa and to be the preferred training and skills development centre for anyone seeking to improve their skills and knowledge in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration; furthermore, to be the gateway of choice for anybody with aspirations of starting a career in any of the sectors in which we provide training.
